At the age of 16, I started to suffer with anxiety and panic attacks. My day-to-day life was heavily impacted and leaving the house soon became an obstacle that I was struggling to overcome. My confidence and self-esteem were at an all-time low and I felt completely helpless. After seeking advice from several doctors, there was one recommendation that seemed to be consistent…..EXERCISE! As daunting as it was, I decided to join the gym, and that’s when everything changed!
Although I was visiting regularly, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing! I didn’t know how to use the equipment or how to work towards achieving my goals. Most of my time would be spent in the cardio section because it felt ‘safe’. After extensive research and discovering the weight section in the gym, my confidence began to build, and I found my love for exercise.

My whole life had now changed. Not only had I improved my mental health and well-being beyond recognition, but I had also found my passion. I became obsessed with the idea of helping others who were in the same position, and that’s when I made the decision to become a qualified Personal Trainer.
To date, I have helped a significant number of women achieve confidence not only in their bodies, but in their ability to train in a way that aligns with their goals. Whether my clients workout from home or in the gym, I equip them with the knowledge they need to perfect their techniques and achieve real results.
Now we have expanded and created the Fitness Coaching team which is full of like-minded women and coaches ready to help you be the best version of you!
